Calisthenics based circuit class working the full body. Using our own body weight to create unique and challenging workouts.
Mobility works to increase our usable joint range, increasing joint strength and improving body control. Bulletproof your joints.
A flowing, creatively sequenced practise linking breath and movement. The class will help to facilitate connection with your breath whilst lengthening, strengthening and toning in all the right places.
For calisthenics purists this class focuses on traditional calisthenics technique and largely works the upper body. For those seeking to put all their skills into the ultimate test.
Go down the rabbit hole of hand balancing. For those looking to learn and improve their handstand, or build strength to transfer to other hand balances
Our CaliFlow bespoke service, for those needing a little more support or a more individualist approach, the one-to-one instruction will reinforce the CaliFlow ethos through a consistently mindful approach. CaliONE sessions will be with a trainer of the clients’ choice, which the studio will advise on based on their targets and preferred training methods.
